BACKGROUND

I first started on my Educational Kinesiology journey in 1980, with two left feet, high anxiety and in retrospect some tendencies of hyperactivity! In 1991 while working with the young and unemployed I was sent to my first Brain Gym training, I found it revolutionary!

Focusing on implementing this new skill set in my own life, I set a goal to improve my ability to swim without stopping to catch my breath, which I couldn't do at the time. I could instantly feel a difference in my abilities after doing the Brain Gym movements vs what it was like previously. Initially, it was hard to believe that simple exercise could make such a massive difference! I no longer have two left feet and I'm a lot less hyperactive.

Since then, I have travelled to courses and conventions in Australia, Switzerland, France and Canada. All have been huge life and career enhancing experiences! I believe it is, as they say - 'the best thing since sliced bread.' It delivers far more than one could ever expect before trying it out for themselves.

Educational Kinesiology and the Brain Gym movements create balance and harmony whilst teaching incredible tools for personal change, resilience and life balance. I have worked with a range of different people from different backgrounds; including children, adults, teenagers, colleagues and as mentioned, myself. I've used the Educational Kinesiology framework to help people in the workplace, in homes, at schools, even in car parks or in critical incidents/callouts.

As a Priest at 74 years of age, I call myself a provocateur/space changer. I feel very lucky to be able to share this with those around me via my work and personal life.

I love seeing how Educational Kinesiology positively changes people's lives and the ongoing empowerment and benefits one experiences. It has taught me that miracles happen every day. By setting clear boundaries, we can empower all to set and achieve their goals enabling us to be true to ourselves whilst being open and loving unconditionally.
